My answers for the questions...
1. Explain the relationship between oxygen and prana?
Oxygen is like a carrier/capsule of prana for humans and animals.
2. Is prana same for minerals, plants and animals?
No, its different for them all.
3. What is the capsule in which prana enters the body of a plant?
Carbondioxide.
4. Define pranayama
Pranayama is one which by practising, can take one beyond the dependency on oxygen as the only capsule for prana.  Meaning, one can make use of other capsules also as carriers for prana by practising pranayama.
