1. What does Sri Aurobindo say in the first line about the course of sadhana most of the people today have been doing and what is the correct course to be followed?
Ans) People begin with the body and the prana; go on to the chitta and the manas, and finish up with the buddhi and the will. The real course is to START with the will and finish with the body
2. What is to be done for the body and prana as given in the session?
Ans) We should daily do asana and pranayama for 20 mins.
3. Define Manas
Ans) Manas is the vessel that contains thoughts. It is the vehicle of our thoughts.
4. How does sowing a thought lead to reaping a destiny? Give all the levels distinctly.

Sow a thought, reap an action
Sow an action, reap a habit

Ans) Among the large number of thoughts that are present in the mind, there are certain thoughts that become your character, your destiny.
